Processing is carried out using IT and non-IT tools and / or telematics with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes, so that an adequate level of protection of Personal Data is guaranteed.
6. Recipients of Personal Data 
   Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes referred to the above-mentioned section 3 with: 
   
   • subjects that typically act as data controllers, that is: a) persons, companies or professional offices that provide assistance and consultancy services to RUSTIK S.R.L. in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and credit recovery matters relating to the provision of Services; b) subjects with which it is necessary to interact in order to provide the Services (for example hosting providers, IT companies, shippers and couriers);

   • persons authorized by RUSTIK S.R.L. to the processing of Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the supplying of the Services, which are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality (eg employees of RUSTIK S.R.L.);
   • banks for the management of receipts and payments deriving from the execution of contracts.
   The updated list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Holder of the data processing. 
   In any case, the communication of the requested details is reserved, by police forces, by the judicial authority, by information and security bodies or by other public subjects, in compliance with the law, for defense or security purposes of the State, owing to detection or repression of crimes reasons. 7. Place of processing 
   The processing of data takes place at the headquarters of the owner and in any other place where the parties legitimately involved in the processing are located. The data collected will be stored on the Data Controller's data collection database.
8. Transfer of personal data
